“I, when I walked the earth, was a little girl like you. I left the earth at the age of twelve. It was God’s Will. But during the time I walked as you, I played and prayed a lot. I oftentimes would swing on a tree near my house. There were many children I did know and many I did like, but I knew that one day I would be asked to give my life.
The soldiers came and said to me, ‘Are you the little girl that says that there is a Special God Above the one we know?’ I looked him in the eye and said, ‘Yes sir, that’s true. He made us and He’s The Only One Who could.’ The soldier said, ‘That’s not true,’ and I said, ‘It is true, for I’ve seen Him walk among all men.’
I knelt down on my knees that moment and I began to pray. I asked The God that I did love to help me on that day. He looked at me and said to me: ‘If you will but be strong, be firm in what you know is truth, your time on earth will be short. I’ll take you in My Arms real soon and We will walk in Heaven, Hand in hand, and help other Souls be firm in truth like you.’
So the soldiers did take me away. My family cried and screamed. They said I was a martyr for my Beloved King. And now I say to two little girls, ‘Remember every day, to kneel upon your knees and say the prayer that I do give you today.’
I love You, God. Help me to know how I should walk today. Keep me good. Help me know what You want me to do today. Please, tell Our Blessed Mother that I do love Her too, and tell Saint Joseph to protect me when my daddy’s not around to do it. Please, help me love You more and more, so one day, if I am asked how much I love You, there’ll be no delay in what I say. I love You, God. Thank You for this life and thank You for this day.”
